Welcome to the
web site of the Mill Brook Civic Association
("MBCA"). MBCA provides this site
subject to the following Terms of Use, which
may be updated by us from time to time without
notice to you. You can review the most current

MBCA currently
provides users with information concerning the
Mill Brook Community and may from time to time
provide a Community Message Board where Community
members may request to post information about
local services offered such as babysitting,
snow shoveling, tutoring, or other similar services
offered to members of the Community. Offers
of service will be posted without charge, but
MBCA reserves the right to charge for posting
at any time in the future. Only services offered
by Community members to other Community members
are eligible for posting. Professional services,
full time business services, and other services
of a traditional commercial nature are not eligible
for posting. MBCA retains the sole right to
determine whether a request for posting of a
service will be granted.
All features of
this site, including any Community Message Board,
are subject to this Terms of Use. You understand
and agree that this site is provided "AS
IS" and that MBCA assumes no responsibility
for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery,
or failure to store any information or posting
of service. You must be 18 years of age to request
to post a service or you must provide MBCA with
written permission to post a service authorized
and signed by your parent or legal guardian.
You understand
that all information posted on any Community
Message Board is the sole responsibility of
the person requesting the posting of service.
This means that the poster and the person wishing
to use the service are solely responsible to
each other concerning the service. MBCA does
not verify the information or guarantee the
accuracy, integrity, or quality of the request
for service. You understand that if you choose
to use a service posted on any Community Message
Board you do so at your own discretion and risk.
Under no circumstances will MBCA be liable in
any way for any posted service, including but
not limited to any errors or omissions in any
posting, or for any loss or damage of any kind
incurred as a result of any posting of service.
Any
person requesting to post a service on any Community
Message board agrees to indemnify and hold harmless
MBCA, its officers, Directors, and members,
from any claim or demand, including reasonable
attorneys' fees, made by any person due to or
arising out of a posting of a service on any
Community Message Board on this site.
